I had a well-organised and brand-new room complete with satellite TV, climate control, and an individual safe. I had an enjoyable and delightful breakfast except for the "espresso " which is charged. The hotel's location was magnificent, close to restaurants bars and downtown or central bus station and a great location minutes from the archeolgical museum and many great restaurants in the area.

I stayed for 2 nights and liked the room, which was air conditioned with comfortable bed and great shower.

Great and fab location, the hotel was walk from a port. The property was walk from bars and cafés.

Brilliant and awesome location in Heraklion, so close to archaeological museum, the bus station where there are buses to Knossos and buses to Knossos and the airport. Lovely rooms with satisfactory breakfast included. Relaxing bed and brand-new facilities.

All perfect, everything you need for the trip. The hotel has updated and beautifully presented rooms with terrace all kinds of technology and comfortable bed plus all the latest electronics including a Samsung tablet which controlled lights. Overall nice food, plus there is Xalavro Open Bar close by. A good and perfect location, I would consider staying here again.

My family and I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located near the bus station A, the city center, the market, and the famous archaeological museum. The corridors and breakfast area are well-maintained and have a welcoming ambiance. Our room was spacious and equipped with modern amenities, such as a Samsung tablet that controlled the lights and A/C. The bathroom was clean and had a large shower. The breakfast, although not extraordinary, was satisfactory.

The breakfast could be improved with a wider range of coffee options and less fatty bacon.

Stylish clean property, it has accommodating staff at the reception desk. The classic room is brand-new with a balcony and a phenomenal breakfast, as example. This is a hotel go-to for Heraklion!

Comfortable room and bed. The shower was excellent and the temperature easily controlled. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. We also appreciated the helpful travel information provided on the Travel Buddy phone.

The breakfast was delightful except for the "espresso" which is charged, with plenty of food. The hotel was in the very central setting in the centre of the town. Fast food restaurant The Chickpea was 300 metres away from the place...

It has great setting in a great area of the city.
